THE FINER
DETAILS
When & How Celebrations Run
-
Celebrations are held on Saturdays and Sundays across three dedicated party spaces, with session times available at 9:00–10:30am, 11:30am–1:00pm, and 2:00–3:30pm each day.
-
Each time slot hosts one celebration, allowing our team to lovingly reset the space in between so it is fresh, calm, and ready just for your family.
The Space
-
You’ll enjoy exclusive use of our gym and verandah for the entire celebration, creating a relaxed and private space for your party.
-
Our gym is a shoes-off play zone, helping keep the space safe, comfortable, and ready for active fun.
-
Food and drinks are enjoyed on the verandah, keeping the play areas clean and clear so the fun can keep flowing.
-
With our basic package, Big Play Party, families are welcome to bring their own catering, or you can add a little extra sparkle by choosing from our optional party upgrades and packages.
Food & Drinks
-
Families are welcome to bring their own food and cake, allowing you to cater for allergies, cultural needs, and sensory preferences with ease.
-
Or add a little extra sparkle to your celebration with our catering option through Relish. Their team are wonderful at working with neurodivergent kids, happily taking requests and adapting menus to support different food preferences and sensory needs.
Looking After Our Space
To help keep our environment calm, safe and sensory-friendly for all children, we keep a few items off the party list:
-
slime
-
confetti
-
party poppers
-
face paint

These items can be messy, overstimulating, or difficult to clean from our play equipment, and keeping them out helps us maintain a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy.

If you’re dreaming of something a little extra messy, we can absolutely help with that too — ask us about our messy play party options, which are designed specifically for sensory-rich, creative fun.
Support & Supervision
-
Some celebrations are facilitated by a trained Allied Health Assistant, supporting play, activities, and group engagement throughout the party.
-
Our Basic Package (Big Play Party) is designed as a relaxed, parent-supervised celebration. A member of our team will be on site to welcome you, help things run smoothly, and assist if needed, but they are not facilitating activities or supervising children.
-
All team members present hold: Current Blue Cards, NDIS Worker Screening clearances, First Aid and CPR certification
-
Each package clearly outlines what level of support is included, so you can choose the option that feels just right for your child and their celebration.
Bookings & Payments
-
Full payment is required at the time of booking via our website to secure your celebration date.
-
Our team takes care of the main clean and reset of the space so it is ready for the next family.
-
We do ask that families treat the space and equipment with care. Any damages or breakages to equipment or property may be charged to the card on file.
-
Full booking details, waivers, and preparation information will be provided ahead of your celebration so everything runs smoothly on the day.
Safety & Participation
-
All children attending must have a signed waiver completed by their parent or guardian prior to participating in activities. Children without a completed waiver will be unable to take part in the gym and play areas.
-
If a child’s parent or guardian chooses to leave or drop their child off, the hosting parent/guardian assumes responsibility for supervision for the duration of the celebration.
-
Participation is always optional
-
Children are free to join in, take breaks, observe, or engage in their own way — just as they are
