We'll contact you to chat through your needs, answer any questions and let you know about availability or wait times.
3. A little paperwork
We'll send through a few simple forms to help us get to know you, your family and what matters most.
4. If there's a wait
You're still part of The Place community while you wait. Depending on your needs, you may be able to access free resources and updates.
5. Finding the right fit
Together, we'll work out which service, clinician or support option feels like the best fit for your family.
6. Getting started
Once everything is in place, we'll book your first appointment and send through everything you need to know.
