QUESTIONS
What services do you offer?
We provide a range of services, including occupational therapy assessments and intervention, speech pathology assessments and intervention, family support and education sessions, family support programs, support work, allied health assistant support, group programs and workshops tailored for children, adults, and families.
How can I make a booking?
You can make an appointment by completing our referral form on our website or by emailing hello@theplacetherapy.com.au. We’ll get back to you promptly to discuss your referrals and book an appointment.
How much do sessions cost?
Our hourly rates differ depending on the type of service being provided. For a quote, please email hello@theplacetherapy.com.au
What funding do you accept?
We currently work with NDIS plan managed, NDIS self-managed, Medicare and fee for service (private paying) clients. At this time, we do not accept NDIA managed referrals.
Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes, we offer telehealth services for all of our services. Please let us know your preference when booking your appointment.
What should i do if i need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, as per our Cancellation Policy.
